Salticus scenicus (Tammy J MacKenzie [Sep 13, 2008])

I've looked at a lot of jumper images and I'm pretty sure this is a Slaticus scenicus female. It was a sunny day and she was catching the light, which would brighten her up, and I know there can be variance in shades with many spiders. In any case, she was having a fine lunch of a small fly, on a chair beside the house.

I found 3 Zebra Spiders on my window this morning.  I live on the 4th floor, north facing.  One was on the outside of the window, one was inside, and the other was on the screen behind the glass.  It looks like there is a small web in the upper frame of my window sill.  If I had to guess, I would say there were 2 females, and one adolescent.
